I delighted in the superb location a heartbeat from Victoria Station. My room boasted a nespresso machine, a very welcome touch. The in-house Starbucks was convenient for a quick morning coffee. The bed was comfortable, promising restful nights.
The check-in felt chaotic because of dispersed counters. One single desk would streamline arrivals.
