The location is perfect. It is right next to Victoria Station. I found several luggage storage shops nearby, very convenient. The hotel features its own signature fragrance throughout. Luggage assistance was available promptly during check-in and check-out processes.

The room was a bit smaller than I expected for the price.

The staff offered extra water bottles at checkout, a nice gesture. They were helpful from arrival through departure. They delivered a soft teddy bear, a balloon, and a cupcake.

The hotel is well-located above Victoria Station, a major transportation hub. A side door provides quick access to nearby attractions. This made getting around easy. A park is also located diagonally across the street.
