I loved how clean the room was! The staff were really helpful and professional. Turndown service happened each night. American outlets in the room were a major plus. Jazz music played some nights too, a nice touch!

The room was small, it is true. I am used to larger spaces, but this is minor!

The staff were all very polite! and patient. Megan my server took note of allergies and substituted sandwiches I wasn't keen on. I also had flowering green tea which was visually appealing.

The furniture is old. though there is no sound proofing at all

The staff were wonderfully helpful and always had a smile. i enjoyed the complimentary treats available in the lobby (the lemonade station was a lovely touch). the bed in my room was comfortable. I slept soundly each night. i also liked the decor. It felt elegant.

the staff greeted me warmly. the room had good linen and everything was super clean. i discovered birthday cakes, a lovely touch.

The building's exterior was covered. our room had heavy curtaining. We had to keep the lights on all the time. canapés consisted of 5 petit fours. That wasn't really worth it.
