I loved how clean the room was! The staff were really helpful and professional. Turndown service happened each night. American outlets in the room were a major plus. Jazz music played some nights too, a nice touch!

i noted some minor wear on the hallway carpets, it did not detract from the overall experience.

the staff greeted me warmly. the room had good linen and everything was super clean. i discovered birthday cakes, a lovely touch.
The building's exterior was covered. our room had heavy curtaining. We had to keep the lights on all the time. canapés consisted of 5 petit fours. That wasn't really worth it.
