The staff demonstrated really good kindness. Francisco prepared an amazing gin tasting that created a nice experience. The hotel's location allowed easy walks to upscale shops and restaurants.

The shower's temperature proved difficult to maintain consistently leaving me struggling for the perfect warmth. The water pressure was also not optimal. The room felt a little cramped diminishing the sense of luxury.

the breakfast service was pretty slow. it seemed like several staff were present, but only one could actually take orders. this caused a longer wait than i expected (especially considering the supposed caliber of the hotel). checkout also had some hiccups. it was sorted out after i left, but it did leave a slight bad taste.

the location was convenient for sightseeing! it was walkable to many attractions. the room was spacious and included necessary amenities. the bar had a cozy atmosphere, and i thought the bartender was attentive, remembering my preferences each time i visited.

The room lacked a fridge. I needed it for medical reasons but learned about the option to add one late in my stay.
