the hotel was clean. i guess that's something.
the room was small. i reminded me of i was in a closet. the air conditioning was also ridiculously loud. it just kept blowing hot air.

convenient location friendly staff complimentary cheese poor soundproofing limited privacy sliding door
the location proved convenient (i could easily access public transport). i found the staff to be friendly and helpful . the hotel also offered complimentary cheese and wine on certain evenings.
the soundproofing was not ideal. i could hear noise from the corridor throughout my stay. the bathroom's sliding glass door also offered limited privacy.

Excellent Stay in Central Location
convenient location efficient air conditioning helpful staff delicious flatbreads
I found the location very convenient near the tube line , made access easy. The room I had included air conditioning that worked efficiently. The staff were very helpful and polite. I also appreciated the toasted flatbreads offered at breakfast I found those delicious.
The sink was a bit small making it slightly challenging to brush my teeth without making a mess.

The breakfast included a choice of continental options I found this quite diverse. Toasted flatbreads were available I considered this a tasty option. Coffee was also available each morning I found it to be freshly brewed.

The staff were approachable and happy to assist with requests. I asked for an iron and ironing board and the team provided these promptly. They stored my bags securely at the front desk before check-in I thought that was helpful.
Facilities

The room temperature was easy to control using the thermostat. I had tea and coffee bags available in my room with dairy and oat milk. My room faced the building's rear I thought this was relatively quiet during the night.
