the hotel location was very convenient. i found the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices each morning from 7 to 11 am. the hotel room included a balcony with a partial view of the beach which i enjoyed. the staff members i encountered were consistently friendly and helpful .
i found the room to be less than what i expected given the price i paid. noise was a problem as i could hear conversations from the neighboring rooms. i noticed some paint peeling off the walls in my room it needed some work.

The staff was very helpful and always smiling. Emmanuel was really good and took great care of me. I enjoyed the food and the lively atmosphere so much! The sea view from my room was really nice, I liked every bit of it.
The rooms needs a very slight refresh, but nothing major.

The hotel provided easy access to main attractions. Bars and restaurants were only a short walk. Spa shop was just opposite the hotel. A direct pathway connected the hotel to the beach, super convenient.

The hotel has a beach club with a good selection of food. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner offered many choices. Outdoor food area and bar remained open throughout the day. It made getting a drink or a snack by the pool very easy.

The hotel room was clean. I appreciated the comfortable bed. I enjoyed the view of the pool and the beach. There was also a vending machine with water and snacks available.

The hotel service was very good. Emanuele was super nice and helpful with everything. Natalia gave us great tips, so we had a great time. They were always smiling and ready to assist.
