sweet escape
welcome snack clean hotel great location friendly staff
the hotel was lovely and clean. i loved a welcome snack the hotel gave me on my first day. location was great, everything was close. the staffs are friendly, specially at the reception.
the beach wasn't very happy, it was full of seaweed.

great hotel, minor hiccups
fast check-in beautiful view relaxing environment
The check-in process was fast. the pool area offered a beautiful view with no issues finding sunbeds. i enjoyed easy access to the upper area and infinity pool. It provided a very relaxing environment. staff members were helpful. i found the room was cleaned daily.
Replenishing water daily should be part of the all-inclusive package. I feel it is necessary, as paying extra for bottled water on all-inclusive isn't great. a printed sheet in rooms should state bar and meal timings. I think it will avoid confusion for those without easy phone access.

The food selection offered a little bit of everything . It was not like a school canteen. i noticed meals are served at the front of the hotel. It is a pedestrian area.

The pools looked great, with plenty of sun loungers available to guests. this hotel offers a complimentary welcome drink. That was good. the hotel also restocks water bottles daily in the room.

The team working at the hotel were amazing and very hardworking. i have to specially mention valentina, because she entertains all the guests non stop. She is continuously smiling and full of fun!

The location was amazing. All three meals are served on the front of the hotel. i enjoyed that this area is pedestrianised. That means no car traffic there. views of the sea were excellent.

a decent stay overall
modern room daily cleaning rude staff inclusive hours
the food at the buffet was good. there were many options available! also, the room was modern. it was cleaned daily.
some of the bar staff were rude! also all inclusive finished at 11pm. that was quite disappointing.

Excellent hotel experience
superior room upper pool quality sunbeds friendly staff
My superior room upgrade was a solid choice. It granted access to the upper pool area. I noted better sunbeds. There were enough available for all guests. The lower pool had fewer sunbeds. The bar was well-staffed and efficient. The reception staff was also very friendly and helpful during check-in.
The beach had quite a bit of seaweed. The water showers were switched off.

The staff were helpful and cute, especially when i needed information regarding transport alternatives. The reception team provided assistance and resolved all my inquiries quickly. I thought their warm demeanor contributed positively to my experience.

My spacious room included a complimentary minibar. I appreciated this amenity. The rooms were clean and modern. The sea view was a plus. I enjoyed waking up to that scenery each morning. It added to the tranquility.

The food selection was superb and varied. I found many options to suit my tastes, everything tasted homemade. Breakfast included freshly baked goods and fresh fruit. It was very special to eat outside with a sea view.

Great Hotel on the Marina
superior room pool area friendly team quality sunbeds
The reception team provided friendly and helpful service upon my arrival. I chose an upgrade to a superior room. This room offered access to the upper pool area. It had better quality sunbeds. The lower pool area seemed typical of many hotels with fewer sunbeds.

There is a large pool area with two communal outdoor pools. An executive suite pool area is also available. The bar operated from 10:00 to 23:30 daily. It provided convenient access to refreshments throughout the day.

My room included tea and coffee facilities. Bottled water was replenished daily. The shower had shampoo, shower gel, and other amenities. Hand wash and moisturizer were available at the sink. The air conditioning was very effective. It maintained a cool room temperature.

friendly staff clean room cute reception
This stay marks my second visit and definitely not the last. The hotel staff are very good and cute. I noted the rooms were very clean. The restaurant staff are very friendly.

The hotel location allows easy access to nearby shops, souvenir shops and the town square. The train passes through the city. The boat to Formentera stops right in front of the hotel, it is convenient for day trips.
