the staff were very friendly and helpful there was also great live music entertainment during saturday breakfast both outdoor pools were lovely and the rooftop bar offered superb views a complimentary room upgrade to a spacious junior suite with a nice jacuzzi was a pleasant surprise
i encountered some maintenance issues the fountain outside was green and required attention this impacted the overall aesthetic of the hotel entrance

i stayed in a suite with a jacuzzi and views of cala nova beach! the breakfast was freshly cooked by chefs. the llum pool is heated and overlooks the beach. entertainment included a dj and dancers, a really nice touch.
the epic rooftop lounge was closed a couple of days for weddings.

the suite included a jacuzzi, this was a great feature. the room had great views of cala nova beach, and the bed was very large. it also had excellent air conditioning and turndown service upon request.

some minor touch-ups would improve the overall upkeep, mainly if you look closely.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location is beautiful and peaceful. The breakfast was delicious and complete with live music. I was welcomed warmly as an LHW member and got a lovely room.

the pool service was slow. waiting over half an hour to even find a member of staff to take an order was unacceptable. the parking service was also slow it took over half an hour to get the car.
