excellent hotel experience
friendly staff lovely pool
the staff were very friendly and helpful there was also great live music entertainment during saturday breakfast both outdoor pools were lovely and the rooftop bar offered superb views a complimentary room upgrade to a spacious junior suite with a nice jacuzzi was a pleasant surprise
i encountered some maintenance issues the fountain outside was green and required attention this impacted the overall aesthetic of the hotel entrance

jacuzzi suite cooked breakfast heated pool beach views
i stayed in a suite with a jacuzzi and views of cala nova beach! the breakfast was freshly cooked by chefs. the llum pool is heated and overlooks the beach. entertainment included a dj and dancers, a really nice touch.
the epic rooftop lounge was closed a couple of days for weddings.

Breakfast featured freshly prepared options by the chefs. It was a highlight. the food service overall was good, and i especially enjoyed the variety of choices offered each day, though i didn't try everything.

the suite included a jacuzzi, this was a great feature. the room had great views of cala nova beach, and the bed was very large. it also had excellent air conditioning and turndown service upon request.

The hotel pool had sunbeds available and excellent views over the bay. the gym featured an outdoor weights area, alongside machines inside. It was very clean! the spa facilities were also very good.

the hotel features AMAZING views from its pool area and well-appointed rooms. i appreciated the option for total relaxation . the breakfast options were delicious and plentiful, with many choices.
some minor touch-ups would improve the overall upkeep, mainly if you look closely.

unreasonable wait time ignored service
the breakfast was okay.. it offered a sufficient variety of options.
I found the service to be quite lacking. often, i had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for assistance. Sometimes it seemed like i was being ignored. this made certain aspects of my stay unnecessarily frustrating

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location is beautiful and peaceful. The breakfast was delicious and complete with live music. I was welcomed warmly as an LHW member and got a lovely room.
The landscaping around the hotel needs better upkeep to match the setting.

the steam iron was a super addition it came in handy.
the pool service was slow. waiting over half an hour to even find a member of staff to take an order was unacceptable. the parking service was also slow it took over half an hour to get the car.
