unclean roombad breakfast
the room was not very clean on arrival. i found hairs in the shower that were definitely not mine. the staff also did not seem to care much when i complained about this lack of cleanliness. breakfast tasted bad too, not enjoyable at all.

The hotel is very close to many beach bars. I found it easy to get taxis right outside. The buffet breakfast offered many choices. All inclusive provided many types of drinks!
The walls seemed a bit thin, so I could sometimes hear noise from the hallway.

The staff were nice and helpful throughout the hotel. They ensured all guests had what they needed, from quickly answering questions to providing prompt assistance . The cleaning staff were very obliging and gave us clean towels each day.

The room was spacious. It had a comfortable bed, functional air conditioning, and a balcony where I could relax after a long day, as well as a safe for valuable items. Cleaners maintained high standards daily.

The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! It had pastries, cooked items, fruit, and a juice bar, so everyone could find something they liked. The hotel provides a snack bar outside with pizza, salads, and chicken nuggets. The food was tasty!!!

The main pool was large, and it provided plenty of space for swimming and relaxing. There are many tables and chairs around the pool area, and the hotel has a games room and a gym .
