Excellent Stay

Check-in was smooth. The room was very nice. Breakfast service included a varied menu and prompt à la carte options. The rooftop was lovely. I would return anytime. I appreciated the little things like the extra space in the room and the attentive staff throughout the hotel. I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere.
The kids' menu seemed a bit outdated. I think children also need proper nutrients.

I really loved the rooftop pool. It was only available to adults until early evening. the peruvian restaurant is AMAZING!!! they were very kind to let me order late one evening, i appreciated that a lot. the breakfast had a good buffet style with many choices, including items cooked to order.
one night i used the gym and the lights switched off halfway through. it was 9pm and the room was pitch black, though reception did switch them back on when i called.

The hotel is conveniently located. It's within walking distance to the marina, bars, shops and restaurants. the area is quiet and near fine beaches, with a mix of convenience and tranquility.

breakfast includes many choices with buffet style service and items cooked to order. the rooftop restaurant is awesome, as it serves excellent peruvian food with really good dishes and atmosphere. the bar near the pool also provides excellent service.

the rooms are spacious with a good-sized shower bath and balcony. beds were comfortable. rooms were cleaned every day by friendly staff. a junior suite offers lots of space and views over the bay, pool, and gardens.

the reception team was very cute. the valet parking worked seamlessly. the concierge provided helpful recommendations and bookings. the gym is well-equipped. the spa boasts a serene atmosphere.
I found food from the day before around the pool. The floor had not been cleaned. bar staff did not come around the pool during the day. i had to order drinks at the bar. the bar service did not provide a relaxing holiday atmosphere, sometimes i found six staff standing around.

I found the location quite convenient, permitting easy access to nearby restaurants. the room offered a nice view and included electric opening curtains. fresh fruit kebabs were brought around the pool area daily. This was a pleasant touch.
The gym was functional, yet it lacked proper maintenance. some tiles were missing, and the grouting looked worn. i also noticed a lack of a handrail for entering and exiting the sauna. It posed a safety concern.. the piped music in most areas felt monotonous.

The rooftop pool and bar added a real WOW factor. Spa access was a lovely treat. This gave the hotel something different. The room was well decorated. The bed was very comfy.
I specifically asked for toothpaste. I asked three separate times with different staff members, it was never delivered to my room. I also requested an iron, it was brought to us. The iron was not even working. I didn't want to spend our holiday dealing with these issues.
