mixed feelings about the stay
reserved sunloungersclosing kitchen
the sun loungers around the pool were a joke. people seemed to think they could reserve them all day with a towel. the staff did nothing about it. also, i ordered a pizza one night, they told me the kitchen was closing in ten minutes. it seemed like they couldn't be bothered to make it.

The breakfast had many options. It was all presented perfectly. The hotel arranged a transfer from the airport on my arrival day and again for my travel home day.
i found the perfume smell rather overpowering, due to the number of diffusers used.

i found the staff super warm and friendly! mishel, wander, and augustina were particularly attentive! the food selection and quality were really good! i highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!
i found that the gym lacked equipment. the flooring was also in poor condition. it needs some love!
