Really good Stay!
beautiful grounds modern vibe nice ambience
The pool area is gorgeous. It even features changeable and atmospheric music. This created such a nice ambience around the whole area. The hotel grounds were beautiful and the standard overall seemed high to me.
I noticed an over powerful perfume smell. It was due to the amount of diffusers used. It is definitely a personal dislike for me.

super clean room ample space wide variety sound isolation limited equipment slow lift
the room was super clean , and it had everything i needed. the pool area provided much tranquility with ample space. breakfast included a wide variety of options.
i found that the sound isolation was not effective , resulting in disturbances from neighboring rooms. the gym was limited in equipment , and that impacted my workout routine. the lift service was often slow , and this led to unnecessary delays.

rude response breakfast team
I had to ask for a teaspoon for my tea at breakfast. The response felt rude as if they were doing me a favor, which annoyed me. The staff seems like they resent being asked for basic service.

mixed feelings about the stay
reserved sunloungers closing kitchen
the sun loungers around the pool were a joke. people seemed to think they could reserve them all day with a towel. the staff did nothing about it. also, i ordered a pizza one night, they told me the kitchen was closing in ten minutes. it was like they couldn't be bothered to make it.

The breakfast had many options. It was all presented perfectly. The hotel arranged a transfer from the airport on my arrival day and again for my travel home day.
i found the perfume smell rather overpowering, due to the number of diffusers used.

amazing experience!
warm staff friendly staff good food selection
i found the staff super warm and friendly! mishel, wander, and augustina were particularly attentive! the food selection and quality were really good! i highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!
i found that the gym lacked equipment. the flooring was also in poor condition. it needs some love!
