fantastic stay, amazing staff

helpful staff gluten intolerance good selection indian restaurant

The staff showed really good helpfulness. They were really nice. restaurant managers accommodated gluten intolerance needs. they ensured bread, pizza, pasta and chips were available. the indian restaurant provided a pretty good selection too.

The walls were thin. I could hear everything from next door. the hotel felt a bit basic, not quite matching a four-star rating. upgrading for food did not seem worth it to me.

the hotel had good access to nearby amenities. it provided convenient access to the main strip and beach. walking took only about 10 to 15 minutes to get there.

The hotel maintained cleanliness with staff working hard. bars were well stocked, ensuring great service. reception was friendly, and check-in was easy. The rooms were allocated quickly and efficiently as per my request.

the rooms are a fantastic size with a lounge area and separate bedroom. there is a television with english channels available (which was a nice touch). i appreciated the fridge and kettle in the room. the reception area was also modern and inviting.

the walls in the room are thin, and i could hear everything. the restaurant is in the basement, and it has no natural light. it seemed like eating in a works canteen sometimes. food selection felt a bit limited.

The suites were very spacious. The rooms included a large balcony. Modern decorations. We found the rooms clean upon arrival.

The air conditioning worked to a very slight degree.
