a lovely stay!

respectful staff professional waiter room upgrade
The reception staff were so courteous! i found them really helpful throughout my stay. the waiter in the granada restaurant was professional. Everything was in perfect order. i received a room upgrade because the staff was so amazing!!!
the breakfast food was not my favorite. it had a fried quality i did not like, but there were many alternatives.

Reception staff were helpful and courteous. A waiter in the Granada Restaurant was professional and ensured everything was in order. The room was clean, and the food was decent, with good quality and variety. The location was good.
Payment was difficult because the hotel wanted payment via a secure link.
