The sauna and steam room were good. I enjoyed a great couples massage from Helen and Preena. The pressure was firm and medium as I requested. The gym area was generally in good condition. It had all the equipment I needed.
The hotel was a little cold in some areas! The room was tiny. There was no bath. The shower and WC were in a tight corner, I think a linen room had been converted into a bedroom.

my spa treatment was super! helen really listened to my needs during my face and back massage (i love when they check in on the pressure!). i left feeling so refreshed and wonderful.
i have to mention, the food wasn't the best quality i have ever seen. some items were cold, like the eggs and vegetables, and some food looked old.

freezing roomearly morning banging
i felt so disappointed. our room was really cold when we arrived. the radiator was small and it didn't heat the room well at all during our nights count stay. then, at 4:30 am, there was so much banging. it went on for two hours and i couldn't get back to sleep, i just wanted a decent night sleep. the noise ruined the whole experience for me.

i really enjoyed my stay. the food tasted great. the staff were all very friendly and did everything they could to help (i especially appreciated the quick service at the bar). i also found the swimming pool to be a fair size.
the receptionist was not very cute when i checked in. i was also disappointed that the room was cold. the toilet was dirty too (definitely not a romantic start).

I appreciated the upgrade to a junior suite I received upon arrival. It was a lovely surprise. The surroundings were picturesque. I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. The staff members were generally friendly and helpful. Their service added to my stay. Breakfast offered a reasonable selection of items. I found enough options.
The coffee machine in the bedroom included a microwave. This setup seemed unusual.
