The location was great near everything I needed. I booked it as it was cheaper than other places. The hotel was nice and exceeded my expectations.

The check out staff was not helpful. I had to check out early due to a family emergency. I was informed I could not get a refund. I never asked about one. Train staff should have more empathy!

The shower was excellent. there was also an ironing board and iron readily available. fast wi-fi was a plus. I appreciated that it worked well.

The air conditioning was not very effective. It barely made a difference. the tv sound was strange. It played through the bathroom speaker, too. the view from the room wasn't great. I mostly saw a roof.

The hotel provided large, clean rooms with ample tea and coffee. The bathroom featured a modern design. Staff were also very helpful (particularly at breakfast).

The small lobby and early bar closure were disappointing. The barman abruptly announced last orders. It left little opportunity for a second drink.

the walk in shower was very nice. the comfy king size bed and the big television. breakfast was lovely.

the pillows were terrible. there was no soundproofing on the windows, i got up in the night because i thought the window was open because it was so noisy from the street and road noise.
