My room had nice touches. Fresh milk and orange juice were provided in the room. Biscuits were also available. I appreciated the warm croissants delivered for breakfast.
There were safety issues. Two steps down to the bathroom were difficult to see. The bath had no grab rails. I found the staff unhelpful .

uncomfortable pillows
I was somewhat disappointed with my stay. the room felt stuffy, even with the fan on (i think it was the "standard double room"). it started early in the morning and was quite disruptive. the pillows were also not very comfortable. They felt quite flat and offered little support.

Excellent Stay in a Converted Chapel

The hotel's location is superb, situated in the heart of the historic area. The building and rooms showcase distinct character, and I appreciated the included parking. A decent continental breakfast was also included, which I found quite satisfactory.
The shower height was hard to adjust. The nespresso machine was not working. The remote control was hidden in one of many drawers, which took a bit of searching.

The room was very very comfy and tidy. It had nice church windows. The bed was also very comfortable. The bathroom included a freestanding bath.

I found the staff to be very sweet and accommodating. Communication regarding check-in was excellent. There was secure entry via a keypad to the car park and the building itself which I always find helpful, its really easy to feel safe here.

A warm croissant with butter and jam arrived for breakfast. a yogurt. A nearby cafe provides another option. Fresh milk, orange juice, and water filled the mini fridge. There were also tea bags, coffee, sugar, and biscuits.
