the room was spacious, very clean, and well-equipped! the gym could use an upgraded running machine, perhaps! the breakfast selection was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly. i enjoyed the experience.

The front office staff exhibited high professionalism.. Check-in was seamless and quick. The breakfast choices impressed me. I appreciated the variety beyond the standard bacon, eggs, and sausage. My room included a coffee machine and fresh milk. This was a welcome addition. The bed provided very nice comfort. the room offered good value.
The restaurant evening waiting service looked under-resourced, as the team seemed pressured.

dark lighting broken shower
the breakfast was a highlight, the bacon and sausages tasted very good.
i encountered some problems. during my stay in the beautiful double room, i found the lighting to be dark, it was very difficult to see. additionally, the shower head fell off the wall, this was quite inconvenient.

vanilla smell sweet welcome lovely restaurant dream hotel
The entrance smelled of vanilla, a sweet welcome. i found the reception area lovely, as were the bar and restaurant. i just adore this hotel. It reminded me of a dream.
i noticed only a few scrapes on the doors, a very minor imperfection.

the function room was suitable for presentations. refreshments were refilled throughout the day. gluten-free options looked clearly on the breakfast selection.. my room had the needed amenities for my overnight stay.
i noticed no heating in the room. fan heaters were in many areas of the hotel.
