surprised by the quality

luxury toiletriesbig bedincluded breakfastempty station
my room provided useful amenities. luxury toiletries were in the bathroom. fluffy towels were also provided. the bed was big. i liked the included breakfast with its great variety of cooked items.
the top up stations were sometimes empty! milk was unavailable on my floor upon arrival, and other items were very low. i had to ask a staff member to replenish them.
Dining
9/10
the breakfast offered a good choice from the menu, and it was not buffet style for hot food, which i preferred. i observed croissants and cereals. the staff were helpful during breakfast.

unstocked refreshment stationsinadequate cleaning
The refreshment stations were a nice idea, but they weren't always stocked. i found myself searching for milk and teabags more than once. It was a bit annoying. also, my room felt smaller than expected. the bathroom was a good size, surprisingly, but there were some cobwebs and dirty spots around the edges. it seemed like the cleaning could have been more thorough.
