the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i had a king room, and it included a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. i found the super king bed very spacious and comfortable. the facilities were great.
the small shower was a bit cramped, and i would have liked to have seen a soap holder inside.

The food was AMAZING!!! breakfast had a good choice of items. the dinner menu presented a very good choice and the portions were generous. compliments to the chefs. The dinner was excellent and reasonably priced.

the location had ample parking available . a short taxi ride gets you to the train station. bus routes to the city center are located right outside the hotel.

chris was polite and clearly explained the fire alarm procedure in writing. bobby, the waiter, was lovely and polite during dinner service. the hotel staff demonstrated a great sense of humor and were very informative.

The gym, pool and sauna were lovely for relaxation.
The room reeked of smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The room itself was very small with the door opening practically onto the bed.
