charley and shawney assisted me greatly. i loved their support. the hotel provided clean rooms and helpful staff. the location allowed easy access to nearby attractions, perfect for exploring.

the bathroom door was difficult to close. the window did not block the cold air effectively. breakfast felt a little cramped due to limited space.

The family room was TINY!!! No desk existed. The lighting was poor for professional tasks. Each night, I was locked out. I had to trek downstairs. This was annoying and VERY inconvenient.

the staff were very helpful , and i could leave my suitcase in a locked room upon my early arrival. the tv had main channels set up already. there were plenty of teabags and milk available in the room.

i asked for a quiet room , but the plumbing made a loud vibrating noise when water ran. this noise woke me up. i also noticed the room was located directly above rubbish carts in the car park below. early morning cart movement caused noise that woke me again.
