The rooms are spacious. The location is ideal for visiting nearby attractions. A very friendly team makes guests feel welcome.
The high traffic volume late at night makes bedrooms opposite the pub noisy. The original windows are in poor condition. Secondary glazing is of poor quality.

the room was clean and tidy! the bed was very comfortable. the bathroom was clean with constant hot water, and good water pressure for the shower. i found free, private parking, a plus. breakfast was cooked to order, and dinner was also very good.
the high volume of traffic late at night makes bedrooms opposite the pub noisy!

The renovated bedrooms looked modern and fresh. toiletries, an iron, a decent hairdryer, a television, and a walk-in shower were provided in my room. The attention to detail. the location was great.

i found the room super clean and cozy i must say the staff were very friendly i appreciated the excellent location the food was good i thought it was also very good value for money. i really enjoyed my stay. the hotel is dog friendly which i liked. my room was spacious with character.

The bedroom I stayed in felt huge. Both dinner and breakfast had a very high standard.
I booked table 18 in the snug for a romantic Valentine because we've had it before and it was lovely. I moved into the bar area and when people are trying to eat, someone was sitting there with his feet in the air with his stinky socks on.

I ordered steak and ale pie. When I put my knife into it, the top of the pie fell in, and there were only a few tiny bits of black stuff. The staff never seemed friendly. I did not feel comfortable a few times we have been there. The beer was flat, too.

i found there was no wifi signal in my room, frustrating because i like to browse the internet.

the location was easy to access. rooms provided comfort and the bathroom was spacious. breakfast had variety and the cooked breakfast tasted fresh and hot.
