The hotel offered a very clean family room. a good supply of tea and coffee were available. breakfast was plentiful. The hotel served fruit, ham, cheeses, and a full english breakfast. the coffee tasted amazing, and i could have as much as i wanted.

The check-in process did not include directions to the room. i had to find my own way. the reception area and the bar seemed unmanned at times. There was no bell to alert staff when service was needed. finding a staff member was necessary

The staff was helpful on the front desk. the shower was good and hot. I appreciated that. i also liked that tea and coffee were available in the room!!!

when i booked online, i requested a ground floor room. i was told on arrival i was on the 3rd floor. i asked to be moved, but the receptionist was unfriendly by this point.
