The room was clean and bigger than I expected I liked the breakfast and stuff really nice.

I encountered a fire alarm in the middle of the night it caused me terrible sleep there was no explanation from the staff about the cause of the alarm the comfort of the mattress was subpar. The pillows were soft they lacked any support the air conditioning kept kicking in during the night it lit up the room making it difficult to sleep.

the hotel room was bright and modern. i found the bed very comfortable and the room super clean. the hotel maintains a very high standard throughout.

The room service qr code did not work. There was no phone in the room, and no water glasses or anything in the fridge.

Really good City Center Stay

My "Superior Room" was spacious. It was very clean. The bed was supremely comfortable. The location is superb. I found shops and restaurants just steps away. I pre-booked parking and used the discount code provided by the hotel, and that was helpful. The breakfast buffet included a good selection of both continental and hot items. The hotel provided complimentary sparkling water, a nice touch!

The check-in process was slightly slow, and I had to wait a little longer than expected.

The gym features three treadmills plus two stationary bikes for cardio workouts. A selection of free weights are available, ranging from 2kg to 20kg. The pool area includes twenty loungers. The pool also has a shaded section for relaxation.

sound insulation was a serious problem. i could hear significant noise from neighboring rooms. i found this unacceptable. this disturbance greatly impacted my sleep quality and overall comfort.
