I found my room very spacious. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower was also GOOD, it had great water pressure. The breakfast offered a reasonable selection of items.
The bar was occasionally unstaffed. this caused A minor inconvenience.

The staff provided early breakfast on several days. this assisted families attending a swimming competition. the TEAM ensured everyone got food and coffee promptly. I appreciated this level of service.

My room was a Leopold Double Room. The location allowed convenient access to nearby attractions. The breakfast selection included various options (pastries were delicious).
The lift experienced intermittent malfunctions . This caused minor delays.
