my room, a double room, had a separate toilet. this setup offered more privacy when changing. the room keys needed resetting once, yet the staff resolved it quickly. the restaurant team gave great service. i also found good customer service upon arrival.

the rooms needed some attention. there were holes in the curtains.

I have stayed here a few times while visiting. The price is really reasonable. Great parking exists with a lit car park. The hotel offers good value, I genuinely feel it is one of the better options. i did not try the breakfast. The cafe around the corner is perfect.

The carpet in the room was very dirty. I told reception and they moved me to another room. The other room was also dirty.

The location is easy to find. Taxis are readily available at any hour. It is just off the motorway and outside the city itself. The hotel IS located in a peaceful neighborhood with easy access.
