The hotel's location is super convenient. It is part of a services area. I appreciated this for amenities and quick motorway access! A nice area is present out the back for dogs and children with a park and walking area. The bar and restaurant were both good.

Absolutely lovely stay!!!

The hotel location was very easy to find, right off the M1! I was a little apprehensive because it was near a service station, but the hotel proved to be quiet with ample parking. The staff were friendly, and the food was AMAZING!!! The breakfast included many choices, so it was well worth the money.
The floor near reception felt sticky, and the carpets had several stains throughout the building. I also noticed unclean sinks in common areas. it needs some attention to detail.

The room had comfortable king size and single size beds. I also loved the good quality furnishings in the room. The room was very clean and spacious. Blackout curtains helped keep the light out for a restful night.

The location provides easy access to both the M1 and M62. There is also a bar and restaurant on site. The bar and restaurant are not overpriced. Next door, guests can find a Pizza Express and many other food and shop outlets.

The location worked well. Facilities were good. the staff was nice! the room was big, providing ample space. price was good too. The value aligned with what i expected.
the bathroom was not perfectly clean! i noticed a less than ideal condition, so i hope they can pay a bit more attention to this area next time.

this hotel featured an m&s food attached, very useful for quick snacks. there were also other restaurants nearby. outdoor seating was available at the hotel and it was quite nice.

The breakfast was disappointing. Many items were cold and not replenished promptly. There seemed to be very few staff available to manage the breakfast service properly. The room's air conditioning was quite noisy. It made it difficult to sleep soundly.
