the hotel's location proved convenient. i found it very close to the train station (a two-minute walk). the staff were cute.

The pillows were flat and not very supportive. They definitely need replacing.

the executive double room featured a comfortable bed ensuring a good night's sleep. a portable ac unit was available, very helpful for temperature control. the bathroom included a rainfall shower, which i found quite refreshing.

the location was very central. breakfast had excellent cooked options. i found the staff helpful and polite throughout my stay.. caroline was particularly resourceful. the room was quiet, spacious and air-conditioned.

the room decor felt somewhat dated. updating the rooms would enhance the overall experience.

The hotel has convenient parking nearby. It's just a short three-minute walk from the railway station and offers a very private environment. rooms feature a lot of character and are appointed well.

the staff provided excellent assistance and were very friendly. they accommodated requests and helped with directions and restaurant recommendations. breakfast service was quick and the staff catered to additional guests not staying at the hotel.

the location was excellent. it was easy to walk to various places from the car park. the welcome from staff was also very accommodating. my room was cleaned daily and was immaculate.

the hotel parking was appalling. on-site parking facilities were limited. i was referred to expensive multi-story parking facilities. this lengthened the checking in process.

The room included fresh milk and tea bags. The location was excellent, near the station and city center. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable about local attractions and I could park at the hotel, though spaces were limited.

The mattress reminded me of it needed replacing, I think.
