Owston Hall Hotel features 32 rooms in two distinct wings. The Heritage rooms, located in the historic wing, retain original features and have been newly refurbished. The Whitelock Wing offers contemporary rooms added in 2005. Each room includes free toiletries, a wardrobe, an electric kettle, a carpeted floor, heating, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Cots and rollaway beds are available for children under 12 for a small charge in executive rooms only. Some rooms cannot accommodate dogs.

Guests can dine at the Hamilton Restaurant, which serves seasonal cuisine. The Lounge Bar and Conservatory offers drinks and lighter bites with views of Owston Golf Course. Breakfast is available from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM Monday to Friday, and from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM on Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays. Afternoon tea includes scones, sandwiches, pastries, and a selection of teas, coffees, or soft drinks. Dario's Ristorante, a sister restaurant, is a 2-minute drive away.
