a really good visit

this place is perfection. everything inside displays immense attention to detail and care in the venue's planning. the cellar bar had an excellent atmosphere. standards of service throughout the hotel are really good, so i had a fabulous stay.
the minibar was not fully stocked, only offering limited choices.

afternoon tea was the best my friends and i have ever had. the selection of items tasted delicious. the service was really good and the team knew exactly how to look after us. my friends and i definitely recommend a visit. the gym was perfectly kitted out for all our needs.
The sandwich i ordered was stone cold. It had to be sent back. i didn't have it in the end, it was a disappointment.

the bedroom was equiped with heated flooring i suppose, and i used the free electric car charging.
the lunch menu really missed the mark i think. they try to hard. my friends agreed, they end up with coffee only i suppose. i had wanted something more basic.

The afternoon tea was really good. The selection included delicious items complemented by a great assortment of teas. The team knew how to care and they created a special birthday experience. I will book again soon.
The food at the kitchen was a slight let down. I ordered a salad and there was only a minute amount of goats cheese. The accompanying bread was stale.

the hotel exuded charm and sophistication. The staff were helpful and professional. Our room was clean and stylishly decorated. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! particularly the high-quality ingredients and friendly service.
The shower head did detach from the wall during use, but it was promptly addressed.
