I arrived before the official check-in time on 2024-11-21, and linda helped arrange for my dad's room to be ready early. This allowed him to rest after our flight. i am grateful for her professionalism. dawn was also very good, she looked after us that night for dinner. the onsite free parking was very helpful during the trip.

i noticed that the carpets showed some wear and tear. also, there was no bedside table on one side of the bed. i did not see that until late at night.

The double room included two single beds. I found them very comfortable. the room was clean, and the bathroom was modern, which i appreciated. i would book the same room again.

A bus station for the 192 route is directly in front of the hotel. This makes public transport very easy. the heathon chapel train station is also within walking distance. this location made getting around convenient.

the staff in the restaurant were attentive. oz provided excellent service and made the dinner nice. i had the bbq ribs, amazing. i needed gluten-free options, and the staff explained the choices clearly.

The location was convenient for my needs. I appreciated the easy access to bus and train stops (though I primarily used the bus).

The room was quite disappointing. The shower did not drain properly, leading to water overflowing onto the bathroom floor. I had to use towels to soak up the excess water. I reported this issue, but staff told me they were aware and there was nothing they could do (not the response I hoped for).
