Really good Stay Experience

The staff was very polite and friendly! The beds were comfortable. I slept well. I appreciate the modern and well kept condition of this hotel. The restaurant was very clean and cute, and I was grateful for the excellent breakfast I had each morning.
My room faced the front of the hotel, so I experienced some noise from the main road. Single glazed windows could use upgrading.

The hotel's location is convenient and near the M62! There is also a Tesco nearby. I noticed an Indian restaurant very close to the hotel, providing diverse dining options.

The service was commendable. I experienced very attentive and polite behavior from the staff. They were helpful and cute, especially at the restaurant. I appreciate that breakfast was cooked to order and served fresh.

i found the staff were cute. ken at the bar was very engaging during the evening. the room was a double room, cleaned well, and good sized. it included what appear to be new carpets, a mega plus.
i did notice the choice of food is limited to the italian restaurant and there are no other options available inside the hotel.

the location is convenient off the motorway. it's close to the m62 junction. it is handy for travel and close to other amenities across the road, like tesco and a few restaurant options.

the hotel has parking directly on site and free to use. the christmas tree in reception looked beautiful. i saw that the hospitality tray in the room was well-stocked and had tea, coffee and biscuits.

staff provided help and were friendly. reception staff were polite at all hours. the service at the bar was fast . staff were helpful with directions in the area.

breakfast had a good variety. it covered options even for vegetarians. i saw that the hotel will cook food to order and free of charge during the breakfast service. breakfast started early at 6:30.
