I found the room to be a bit bland. It felt quite functional. noise insulation wasn't good, i could hear a lot from outside. mould was also present on the window frames.

The room was super clean. The bed was really comfy, and i appreciated the fast, free wifi, we were able to stream movies without any buffering. all the staff seemed genuinely happy to help, and the breakfast buffet had a wide range of options. I especially liked the fresh pastries! checking in and out was quick. the room included a coffee machine for morning coffees.

the gym's opening hours were a little restrictive, but still usable.

i found the room very clean upon arrival. it had all the necessary amenities, including tea and coffee making facilities. the staff were consistently friendly and helpful, especially when i needed directions to nearby shops.

The bathroom lighting was a bit dim. Better lighting would enhance functionality.

the process of registering my car on a tablet at reception to avoid parking charges remains. my room was super clean and the bed offered great comfort. the breakfast options seemed updated since my last visit, but remained excellent overall.

I noticed just a slight delay at check-in due to a small queue. It wasn't too long, but worth mentioning for those in a real hurry.

The bed was large and comfortable. The staff were friendly and cute at all hours. Shelbie gave a big welcome, always with a smile. The food WAS excellent. Nothing was too much trouble.

I noticed one problem. The receptionist was not helpful over the phone.
