fantastic stay!
super clean room comfy bed wide range fresh pastries
The room was super clean. The bed was really comfy, and i appreciated the fast, free wifi, we were able to stream movies without any buffering. all the staff seemed genuinely happy to help, and the breakfast buffet had a wide range of options. I especially liked the fresh pastries! checking in and out was quick. the room included a coffee machine for morning coffees.
the gym's opening hours were a little restrictive, but still usable.

The beautiful king room featured a super comfortable bed and a spacious desk. The blackout curtains ensured a restful sleep, blocking outside light, and the room included individually controlled air conditioning.

the hotel is situated near the motorway, so travel was easy! there is also ample parking. a bus stop is within walking distance, providing convenient public transport, and a petrol station is located nearby.

staff at reception were attentive, they quickly handled requests. room service was prompt and efficient, delivering meals within thirty minutes, and the concierge was helpful with directions and local information, we loved the bar service.

clean room friendly staff coffee facilities
i found the room very clean upon arrival. it had all the necessary amenities, including tea and coffee making facilities. the staff were consistently friendly and helpful, especially when i needed directions to nearby shops.
The bathroom lighting was a bit dim. Better lighting would enhance functionality.

a comfortable revisit
easy parking clean room comfortable bed excellent breakfast
the process of registering my car on a tablet at reception to avoid parking charges remains. my room was super clean and the bed offered great comfort. the breakfast options seemed updated since my last visit, but remained excellent overall.
I noticed just a slight delay at check-in due to a small queue. It wasn't too long, but worth mentioning for those in a real hurry.

Great experience OVERALL
large bed friendly staff excellent food
The bed was large and comfortable. The staff were friendly and cute at all hours. Shelbie gave a big welcome, always with a smile. The food WAS excellent. Nothing was too much trouble.
I noticed one problem. The receptionist was not helpful over the phone.

my room had good facilities. the bathroom was clean. staff was always perfect and helping. i appreciate that.
rooms were cold when i arrived. the heating worked after a while. this was not ideal.

the location was excellent. it was easy to get around. the room had a comfortable bed. i found ample parking outside. the staff was friendly and helpful
the room felt a little worn. there were stains on the curtains. the air conditioning struggled to cool the room. the wifi signal was not strong and dropped sometimes
