wonderful chatsworth visit!

friendly staff nice touch
i really liked the toiletries from chatsworth in the big shower room. I even bought some at chatsworth house (a fun souvenir!). the food was also excellent. I definitely recommend the scrambled eggs for breakfast. the staff was friendly, and the biscuits in the room were a nice touch.
the weather could have been better (but that's not the hotel's fault!). still, it didn't stop me from enjoying the trip. i will certainly be back next year.

The breakfast was extensive and delicious. I found it acceptable.
our room was not connected to the main building, i expected the heating to be on before check-in time. i was not informed about a heating problem that was supposed to be fixed automatically at 3:30 pm. a small electric heater was supplied, but it proved inadequate. the heating only came on around 5pm.
