Homely and Convenient Stay
ample storage strong water pressure convenient park
I was allowed to have friends over, great for catching up before going out. I appreciated the ample storage and the inclusion of a TV and kettle in the room. My friends also commented on the strong water pressure in the shower. A park located across the street provides additional space.
The reimbursement for breakfast has not yet been processed after I left the hotel. I booked through the hotel's website and paid extra for breakfast, but the receptionist said there was no breakfast available.
Service
9/10
The staff were nice and not judgmental, they provided a discrete and secure environment . They explained all necessary policies clearly and were happy to help with requests. I appreciated their cute demeanor.
Facilities
8/10
Parking was included, this provided convenience for those traveling with vehicles. The location is also great. It's about a 25-minute walk from the First Direct Arena.
Rooms
9/10
The bedrooms have warm carpet, soft beds, and include towels and soaps. Each room provides a kettle with tea bags. Spacious rooms allowed freedom of movement. I also liked paying at the desk because it makes splitting the bills easier.

Solid Stay with Great Staff
helpful staff spacious room amazing security
Jaini was a great help, she gave a warm welcome. I lost my phone by accident, but it was returned to the front desk. The rooms are spacious and offer views of the city. Everything was in working order, and I felt comfortable.
The outside area looked a bit untidy.
Location

The hotel features a park across the street, very suitable for families with children or pets. A short taxi ride gets you to the city center, this fact is quite convenient.
Facilities

Tea and coffee facilities are available in the rooms . Parking is included. This is an added convenience. The shower has very good water pressure, this makes for a good washing experience.
