average stay, some issues
cold eggs poor soundproofing
The hotel was close to town and transportation.
The breakfast was not excellent. The eggs were cold, and the sausages seemed undercooked every morning. our room was right next to the elevator. Every time it was used, we could hear it. i really think that this hotel needs better soundproofing.

poor insonorisation damp smell
the insonorisation was not adequate. my room, economy double or twin room, was close to the breakfast area. sounds of staff and other guest talking started very early. i found this very bothersome and it affected my rest. the room smelled of damp, probably due to a pipe in need of repair.

The location was very central! I easily accessed restaurants and shops. The staff was accommodating, they offered assistance with directions and reservations.
The breakfast buffet offered limited variety, though the quality was acceptable.

a romantic escape in the heart of it all
unbeatable location efficient air conditioning helpful staff good spread
the location was unbeatable, steps away from everything (i mean, everything!). the air conditioning in the room worked wonders and kept us cool. the staff was always ready to help with a smile, so kind. the breakfast buffet offered a good spread each morning.
the pool area, while lovely, could get a little crowded sometimes.

the hotel offers a pool and snack bar, great for daytime refreshments. shops and restaurants are a short walk away, so convenient. the port, with ferries to capri, is easily accessible for day trips.

The room provided good air conditioning (a true blessing). the beds were comfortable, assuring peaceful nights. turn-down service added a special touch each evening. That was great.

the breakfast included a buffet with a wide choice of food options, wonderful. rocco and the team in the restaurant were always attentive and excellent. the restaurant staff was always friendly, every morning.
