I stayed for five nights and found many aspects excellent. The hotel provides a convenient shuttle to the town center which runs frequently. The views from the restaurant were fine. I also found the staff friendly and willing to assist with any request.

the air conditioning automatically shut off when the balcony door opened. It was somewhat frustrating. I needed to restart it, discouraging balcony use.

The hotel's location is near the beach. Access is easy. Marina Piccolo views are lovely every day. The setting provides a quieter alternative to the busy port side.

The staff was helpful with all aspects of my stay including luggage and transport. Regular transfers to the town were great though sometimes I waited. Drivers were helpful and kind.

the shuttle service to marina piccola proved very useful. access to the ferry port was quick. the views were excellent and staff was friendly.
