the staff were nice!!! the willow tree outside is beautiful. the breakfast is good and they provided free coffee. good transport links by bus allowed easy travel to leeds.
the room we stayed in had a broken spring in the mattress which injured my leg during the night. the sink in our room wouldn't unblock, and it constantly smelled of sewage.

Fantastic Stay!

big tvcomfortable bedclean bathroom
The room was very warm! It was well appointed and it included a big tv! The bed was also super comfortable! I slept very well! The bathroom was clean and many towels were provided.
One staff member played loud music in the room below ours one night until about 00:30. I needed to knock on the room to ask to turn the music off. The staff member didn't seem happy!
Rooms
9/10
The rooms were large and included large beds! All amenities were comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet village! It is a great location! Selby is only five minutes away.
Location
10/10
The hotel is easy to find and it has plenty of parking space! Staying in the annexe meant it was quiet. It was better than being over the pub! I liked that very much.

generally adequate stay

friendly staffhelpful staffperfect locationexcellent showerbasic roomwarm roomneeded update
the staff were very friendly and helpful. the location proved perfect for my needs. the shower had excellent water pressure (i found this very refreshing).
i found little to particularly admire besides the comfortable bed. the room seemed quite basic and in need of an update to feel more appealing. the room temperature was noticeably warm, so i needed to run a fan through the night despite the cool air outside.
