the location and the building were beautiful. my room was the perfect size with a lovely big bathroom. the grounds around the hotel were lovely for a stroll this morning.
my allocated room needed some maintenance i noticed. there was nowhere other than a hook on the wall to hang clothing. i also had no hot water for a shower in the morning, it was not great.

i attended a wedding and found the hotel visually appealing with period features. the staff's customer service was excellent , especially tom were really nice. sarah , the manager , addressed my concern efficiently allowing for an amazing wedding experience.
i booked a room with a bath , but i only had a shower , and the breakfast was unappealing. it had clearly sat under the hot plate too long .

the hotel benefits from a peaceful location just outside the city centre , which makes it easily accessible by car , yet avoids the noise associated with a busy urban area.

the staff members are helpful and polite , providing prompt assistance. their 'nothing is too much' attitude ensures a comfortable stay for all guests , and they are able to resolve most issues.

the beautiful double room was beautifully decorated and included a large , comfortable bed. sufficient toiletries and towels were provided , and the room was kept clean. a terrace outside offered a lovely , private space.

The staff provided perfect service from beginning to end. Our wedding coordinator Lauren was attentive. The toastmaster ensured the event ran smoothly. Guests enjoyed the excellent food at our wedding.

The restaurant provided good food . It was a satisfying aspect.
The radiator in my room, number 22, wasn't working. i had to call reception, and they brought me a dusty portable heater. the room was quite cold, so i had to keep the heater on all night. It was quite frustrating.

The breakfast was excellent. It included many options. sarah delivered really good customer service. other members also provided great assistance, it was very helpful.
the room we had needs some maintenance. the hook on the wall fell off as soon as i hung a dress on it. the wet room needs re-grouting because all the bits in-between look black. we also had no hot water for a shower in the morning.
