The reception staff displayed such warmth, they were always available and ready to assist with any needs. the breakfast offered an abundance of choices and flavors . i found the staff to be genuinely lovely. Their kindness enhanced my stay.

the wifi signal in my room was occasionally weak, it did make keeping up with emails slightly difficult.

The breakfast buffet had plenty to choose from, SO i got what i needed.

The wifi hardly worked in my room. I rely on internet for work and it was a total pain. I had to go down to the lobby just to send a few emails and this.

the staff were friendly! nothing seemed too much trouble. my room had a comfortable bed with everything i needed. the breakfasts had an excellent choice.

the bath in my en-suite did not have a safety mat. i nearly slipped in the shower.

The staff was lovely and very helpful! the room was clean, and i liked the hot beverage selections available, including coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. the ceiling near the twin beds was beautiful. I thought it added a nice touch to the room.

I stayed on the 28th. the quality of some food items fell short of expectations? i had lamb kofta that was warm and dry instead of hot and juicy. i noticed an empty bucket of beef gravy granules in the gents toilet. The beef bourguignon tasted like it was made with beef gravy instead of the promised rich sauce.
