The staff addressed my needs with great care and attentiveness. I found the entrance clean and inviting. I received a warm welcome from the staff. They made sure I had an extra pillow and a shower chair when needed.

I found the lack of variety in the lunch menu a little disappointing because it mirrored the choices available during the evening. There were not many options.

The room had tasteful decor, with high-quality cotton linen on the bed. Ample fluffy pillows provided great comfort. A desk-ledge with a kettle, tea, coffee, and crockery were available for convenience. A wardrobe housed an iron and ironing board .
