The team provided excellent customer service. I found Ian to be helpful. Emma was so cute and friendly, her service contributed significantly to a great stay. I noted breakfast was good, it offered various options. The rooms are lovely and clean.
The bar was noisy downstairs.

The room was large and comfortable with the bed clean and fresh. I noted a nice big shower ensuite. The bed was comfortable, it allowed for a restful night after a day of travel. This helped a lot.

Breakfast included a wide selection of cereal and yoghurts. Fresh blueberries were available, it enhanced the meal. The breakfast included good quality sausage, bacon, mushrooms and perfectly poached eggs, I enjoyed that.

the room size was acceptable for a short stay.
I was disappointed with the lack of toiletries. There was barely any toilet roll. the room wasn't serviced during my two-night stay, meaning no replenishment of tea or coffee and no emptying of the waste bin. i informed the staff, and they apologised, but it impacted my stay.

the room was large with a great shower and very clean the breakfast was very good it was not fancy but it was tasty and hot. the staff could not be more helpful it is dog friendly and it is excellent value for money
i booked a table for an evening meal and when i arrived i was told it would be an hour wait for food due to high demand they delivered 2 meals in the hour period. the main restaurant closed early and not having the option of more traditional pub food was limiting
