spacious room convenient location
the double room was spacious. i appreciated the hotel's central location, it made getting around simple. near the center of the city is very convenient. the included toiletries were a plus.

friendly staff coffee bags dry steak bland food
i really liked the coffee bags, i thought they were much nicer than the regular instant stuff! the hotel recommended i park in the nearby arndale centre, this was a great tip and made parking so easy. the staff were friendly, i felt very welcomed.
the steak i ordered was too dry, it cost £27. the cheese sauce with the pie was thick and didn't taste of anything, i was dissapointed by the food.

Really good Party Venue and Comfortable Stay
pie buffet comfortable bed lovely room
We held my husband's retirement party in the lovely upstairs room. Everything was faultless. The pie buffet was AMAZING!!! The chef even came out to check on us, great. The beds were SO comfortable. I slept soundly. We are already planning another party!
The tv updated constantly and was slow to respond to the remote control.

The staff were really good too ensure we were happy. The chef was especially attentive and friendly. I appreciated that. I will gladly come back again for that reason.

The hotel is very central and quiet. I could easily walk to the Arndale shopping centre. It is in the heart of the northern quarter with its bars and shops.

Breakfast was delicious. They offered many options on the menu. I also had a great time eating at the pub twice. The food was AMAZING!!!

amazing experience
clean room great location city center
the room was just perfect and super clean. i got bottles of water and a separate room for my son! the location is awesome as it is right in the city center. i totally will book here again, no doubt about it.
the guy at reception wasnt cute when i arrived. he pointed out i couldnt check in until 2pm. then i got keys to a room that was occupied which was really awkward.

the hotel room included air conditioning and tea facilities. fresh towels and water were provided daily. decor in the rooms had funky little finishing touches.

i enjoyed a superb breakfast. the hotel bar offered a 20% discount , providing great value. food options include a full english breakfast and a continental breakfast, both served with generous portions.
