solid stay near the airport

comfortable beds relaxing bath yorkshire tea friendly reception

i found the beds very comfortable which ensured a restful sleep. the room also included a bath so i could relax after work. i also appreciated the yorkshire tea that was available. sakir at reception was also very friendly and helpful .

the driveway had some potholes making it a bit uneven to navigate

fantastic asset receptionist ann amazing stay

i found the receptionist ann really nice. she was very helpful. ann helped me so much. she is a fantastic asset to the hotel.

the cleanliness wasn't what i expected from a hotel. cob webs were in the corners. the carpets were covered in hair and stains.

Ann at reception was really helpful and accommodating. I found the hotel was definitely value for money. The room, a standard double room, was a decent size and relatively clean (just what I needed).

The hallways seemed a bit dated.

I found the staff to be helpful. Alex at reception really were really nice too answer my questions about the area. the room was also quite spacious, definitely appreciated that. i also noticed exterior cameras were clearly visible.
