Charming Stay
convenient location helpful staff
I found the location convenient. The staff was really helpful. A young man immediately changed our room to the ground floor when he knew my husband needed it because of a hip replacement. The overall pub had a good vibe. The room was also clean.
The mattress in our room was very firm, it made sleep difficult. One pillow was also quite firm, but the other was very thin and provided little support, so I had a broken night's sleep. I hope they can replace them soon .
Dining
9/10
The inn has a bar, and it offers food. The atmosphere was tranquil in the evening. The selection of international beers seems extensive! I saw many options.
Rooms
8/10
The room I stayed in was large, it contained everything I needed. This included an iron, a hairdryer, and tea and coffee facilities with biscuits. There was free WiFi available, and plenty of towels were supplied.
Service
10/10
The young man who first greeted us was very helpful on arrival! He were great too accommodate us. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I appreciated his kindness.
Location
9/10
The location is convenient to local amenities. I appreciated that the inn is situated in a quiet residential area. This made for a peaceful night.
