spacious room well equipped cold water faulty alarm

The room was VERY spacious and very well equipped. The room also had a fridge with fresh milk in it! I loved that there was a basket full of sweet & savoury biscuits, flapjacks and muffins.

The SHOWER water was not as hot as it could be and the water didn't drain at all well. An alarm went off just after midnight, very disturbing and required a phone call to rectify.

the room was spacious and modern. the bathroom had new appliances with great water pressure. check-in was easy as the staff were so friendly and helpful. i really liked that the hotel is located above a fantastic pub.

the food in the pub restaurant was limited in choices.

a tender escape

good treats kind staff fresh fruit car access

the room provided a basket full of good treats such as sweet biscuits, savory biscuits, flapjacks and muffins, it. the staff showed warmth and kindness throughout my stay. the included continental breakfast had fresh fruit, porridge pots, cereal boxes, fresh milk, yogurts, tea and coffee, such a blessing. i could leave my car after checking out, this helped me a great deal.

the shower wasnt quite as hot as i hoped and water didnt drain as well, it caused a slight inconvenience.

it had a woodland walking area nearby which was enjoyable, i felt surrounded by nature. the hotel is a short walk from the tram stop, this offered quick access to the center. the proximity to diverse local eateries really gave me a feel for the area.

flimsy shower head missing food

I was initially pleased with the complimentary snack bar located just outside the room. It had fruit and cereal. however, the room itself had issues. the shower was not very hot and the shower head felt flimsy. also, i ordered food at the bar, but it never arrived, and after an hour, i was told the kitchen had closed.

the rooms are spacious. they were also recently renovated. i found the continental breakfast had all i needed.

i found no milk in the room for tea. the shower wasnt very hot. the shower head felt flimsy to me.

the rooms were lovely and super comfy i found the king size bed to be excellent i appreciated the thoughtful touches provided throughout my stay the bar and restaurant downstairs offered a good menu and nice atmosphere the location was great with many restaurants and cafes within walking distance

the fridge in my room was quite noisy i unplugged it since it was empty that was only a minor issue though

the room had fridge. i had use of provided crockery and cutlery. the fan was useful since the room got warm. the help yourself options are great.

i found A dirty cup. there was no milk in the room for tea. the shower temperature was not very hot, and the shower head felt flimsy.
