Excellent Stay
fresh flowers friendly staff newer section quality ingredients
I was welcomed by fresh flowers upon arrival. The staff was friendly and provided all necessary information, directing me to my room. My room was located in a newer section of the hotel on the first floor. The included breakfast was fresh, tasty, and prepared with quality ingredients (the coffee was great).
The shower water pressure was lower than expected, but it was still functional.

Super clean Room and Great Breakfast

The hotel offered free parking. The room had quality furnishings and carpeting. I found the staff friendly and eager to help with dietary needs. Breakfast included a wide range of foods and drinks (I especially liked the cereal options).
The car park had some potholes.

helpful staff excellent suggestions prepared sandwiches
The hotel staff were very helpful. A lady at reception provided excellent dining suggestions. The staff prepared sandwiches for my early departure before breakfast hours.
The room's door handle was somewhat difficult to use.

really good breakfast breakfast option helpful staff pleasant staff comfortable room marked curtain black mold thick mold disgusting bathroom
The breakfast was fantastic with many options. i ate cereal, fruit, and yogurt. the hot food was good. the staff were very pleasant and helpful. the room was spacious, modern, super clean and cozy.
the family room curtains had marks. these marks looked like someone had blown their nose on them! the shower and bathroom was disgusting with thick black mold.

clean room nicely cooked breakfast blocked shower tripping hazards
The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was nicely cooked with more food than I could eat (especially the full English!).
The shower drain was blocked and this affected my stay. The exterior approach to the front door needs some attention. There were some tripping hazards at night.

constant noise slow service
the room faced a busy road. this resulted in constant noise throughout the night. the noise made sleep difficult. breakfast service was slow. i waited quite a long time for my coffee and toast.
