Keith, the waiter, greeted me with a smile each morning. The food was also excellent. i found the room nice and neat. It was a great base for exploring the area. the entertainment in the evening offered a good way to unwind after a busy day.

The entrance had steep steps. I found this difficult with luggage.

the location is convenient, with a tram stop right outside. the hotel was clean. the staff were cute and friendly upon arrival, showing good service.

The room could use updating. The tv seemed small. the bedroom door did not lock securely because of gaps. i found no mushrooms or scrambled eggs available at breakfast for a full english.

The hotel entertainment was excessively loud, continuing until midnight. my room was on the top floor, and the noise was disruptive. the wi-fi was also completely inaccessible on two phones throughout the hotel. furthermore, the shower on the higher floors had very poor water pressure. This made showering difficult.

The location is excellent, being right near the pier. This made walking and exploring very easy. The room was compact, yet it included everything I needed.. The bathroom's cleanliness was notable.
