the food was ok but nothing special unfortunately staff seemed a bit moody as well that was disappointing i also thought it was cheeky to just add the tips to the bill without asking first that annoyed me a bit

friendly staff valet service birthday cake faulty door no reception unusable wifi
the staff were consistently friendly! they were also respectful. every member was attentive to all guests. mr cutler provided excellent assistance with valet service. he also took time for a friendly chat. the team also helped me surprise my partner with a birthday cake at breakfast, a thoughtful touch!
I stayed in room 211. The door wouldn't lock initially. i had to go down to reception twice for that. this room didn't have an extra lock you could put on yourself once in the room. i also had no phone reception in this room. I also had no wifi unless i sat directly against the door.

slow service key card
the location was central enough, so travel was convenient.
The service was quite slow at breakfast. I asked for coffee twice but never received it. the poached eggs were cold and undercooked. also, the key card stopped working two nights, so i had to get it reprogrammed each time.

The breakfast buffet offered many choices. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit options available each morning. The location was very convenient close to many shops. The staff was polite and helpful .
My room faced the back of the building. The view was not very appealing it overlooked a service area. The corridors on my floor seemed a bit dimly lit. It made navigating at night somewhat challenging.

staff were professional. the room had blackout curtains. the hotel has good central location near shops. the room has a coffee machine. i enjoyed the breakfast buffet they offered. it had many choices and fresh ingredients.
the sink plug didn't close well. i had to keep the water running.

super clean condition friendly staff window shutter
i enjoyed the super clean condition of my room. the staff displayed a friendly, helpful attitude at all times. i also found the shutter on the window quite amazing (it made the room so dark!).
The mattress felt very soft. I did not have a great night's sleep.
