the room was a good size it allowed us to move around freely and store our belongings easily the location was very quiet , made for a restful night's sleep i appreciated the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff they were always ready to assist with any questions or requests the breakfast offered a great choice of fresh and well cooked items i particularly enjoyed the variety and quality available

the bedroom carpet showed some signs of wear and could benefit from a thorough cleaning

reception staff are always helpful and ready to assist with additional pillows or other requests the manageress is a model of customer service displaying professionalism at all times the night team is particularly commendable for their friendliness and dedication

The shower was spacious, I appreciated this. The internet connection worked reliably throughout my stay. The staff were generally friendly and helpful at check-in. The hotel has plenty of parking spaces available, always a plus (especially when you're arriving late).

the room was not clean. the flooring felt sticky like an old nightclub floor. corners of the room showed blue mould.. there were stains on the walls as well. the room was also very hot and i could not adjust the temperature.
