totally awesome stay!
helpful staff free breakfast really good manager
I really loved how helpful the staff was. adam treated us to a free breakfast on the final morning, celebrating the hotel's birthday! the general manager, robert, were really nice too meet our needs. This.
the key to the front door was the same as my room key!

helpful staff beneficial location small room missing furniture
the location proved beneficial. it was near attractions. the staff were lovely and very helpful, they assisted me with everything.
my room was quite small for a family. i also noticed there was no dressing table to get ready at. this made the room difficult to navigate.

respectful staff free breakfast handy fridge
The staff were very polite and courteous. I got a bigger room and free breakfast, DELICIOUS. The room included tea, coffee, water, and a fridge (that's REALLY handy).
The hotel could use a little tlc.

friendly staff room upgrade extra slippers
The staff were friendly and accommodating. I received a room upgrade upon arrival, a pleasant surprise. I also appreciated the slippers and water in the room.
The water pressure in the shower was somewhat low, extending the time needed.
