i attempted TO check in early BUT was told the room wasn't ready. i WAS offered an upgrade FOR £50. this room was being cleaned before ours SO that was dissapointing.

the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). i found the staff very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

I was disappointed by the noise level. I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. earplugs were provided, but the noise still impacted my sleep (it was very frustrating). i think they should focus on better soundproofing in the rooms.

The breakfast choice had a range of options! The menu offered very good breakfast options. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was too hot. A fan was provided, HOWEVER, i was kept awake until after 1.30 am due to the pub across the way having live music on. The live music should have stopped at 12 but it went on until 1am.

the location was great breakfast was also good the staff were nice and helpful

i booked a sanctuary suite the room was decorated nicely but some things were not right the bed was too short because it went behind the headboard i am tall so my feet stuck out there was live wiring sticking out of the wall behind the bedside tables this is a potential health and safety nightmare
